Factory Audits
Don't just trust a website. We visit the factory to verify business licenses, production capacity, social compliance (BSCI), and R&D capabilities before you send a deposit.
Product Inspections
From raw materials to final packaging. We use AQL 2.5/4.0 standards to ensure every batch is consistent with your approved sample.
Container Loading Supervision
We ensure your goods are handled with care, the quantity is correct, and the container is sealed in our presence to prevent any last-minute "swaps."
3-Stage Inspection Process
Step 01: Initial Production Check
Conducted before mass production begins. We verify raw materials and inspect the "First Article" to ensure the factory fully aligns with your specifications, preventing costly batch errors from the start.
Step 02: During Production Check
Performed when 20% to 50% of the order is completed. We inspect the actual production line to identify any deviations in quality or craftsmanship, allowing for immediate corrections to avoid lead-time delays.
Step 03: Pre-Shipment Inspection
The most critical gate. Once production is 100% finished, we perform rigorous functional testing, drop tests, and packaging verification using AQL standards. We ensure your goods are 100% ready before you pay the balance.
